Enjoy cooking Belizean Creole style rice and beans in freshness of thick rich coconut milk.This iconic dish is accompanied by your choice of the following, (one choice per class, with options for vegetarians/vegans/pescatarians): Belize’s famous stewed chicken OR creole style fish filet OR a coconut curry of local vegetables, along with fried plantain, potato salad and a traditional habanero and onion sauce made on the spot.

In this class you will learn from start to finish how to make those deep fried golden puffy fry jacks that you find on almost every resort and restaurant menu across Belize .
